Payment is required in full at the time of placing your order. We accept major debit and credit cards. All prices are inclusive of VAT where applicable. Once your order has been reviewed and approved by our pharmacist, delivery will be made within 1 working day. Delivery times may be affected by circumstances outside our control, including Royal Mail or courier delays. We are not liable for delays caused by third-party delivery providers.
Medications are dispatched in discreet, tamper-evident packaging. It is your responsibility to ensure someone is available to receive the parcel if a signature is required.
You may cancel your order before it has been approved and dispatched by contacting us promptly. Once a prescription has been dispensed and dispatched, we are unable to accept returns or provide refunds, in accordance with UK medicines legislation and patient safety regulations.
If your order is declined following clinical assessment, a full refund will be issued within 5–10 working days. If you have concerns about a product received, please contact us immediately.
